Terms & Conditions for Application / NDA Agreement

By applying to collaborate with Potthunt Games (as a voice actor, animator, concept artist, 3D modeler, translator, UI designer, or SFX/VFX specialist), you agree to the following:

1. Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
   You agree not to disclose, share, or use any confidential information, project details, or materials provided by Potthunt Games or our clients without prior written consent.
2. Use of Personal Data
   You consent to Potthunt Games collecting and using your personal information (including name, contact details, portfolio, and application materials) for:
   • Recruitment and collaboration
   • Project communication and management
   • Notifications about new opportunities or projects
     Your data will not be shared with third parties except as necessary for project collaboration.
3. Intellectual Property
   Any materials you submit remain your property, but you grant Potthunt Games a limited, non-exclusive license to review, evaluate, and use them for recruitment and project planning purposes.
4. Communication
   By submitting your application, you agree that Potthunt Games may contact you via email or other communication methods regarding projects, opportunities, or collaboration.
5. AI Usage Policy
   Applicants must agree not to use AI-generated content for any submitted materials or project work, except in limited cases for translation tasks where AI assistance may be permitted.
6. Project-Based Collaboration
   All work with Potthunt Games is freelance and project-based. Submission or acceptance of tasks does not constitute permanent employment. By applying, you acknowledge and accept this arrangement.
7. Liability
   Potthunt Games is not liable for any loss or damages resulting from your submission or participation in the application process.
8. Acceptance
   By clicking “Apply” or submitting your materials, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions, including the NDA, use of your personal data, AI usage policy, and project-based collaboration terms.
